By accessing and using Beloue ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Beloue is an AI-powered landing page builder that allows users to create, customize, and publish landing pages. The Service includes AI content generation, page hosting, analytics, and related tools.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid features require a subscription. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to create pages that contain illegal content, promote violence, infringe on intellectual property, distribute malware, or engage in fraud or deception.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. Beloue retains no ownership rights over your generated pages. AI-generated content is provided as-is and you are responsible for reviewing it before publishing.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Beloue is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
